This Work Was Built From The Cost Of Doing It The Other Way
I built this work because I know what it takes to succeed where influence is expected but rarely given. For years, I operated in male-dominated environments by adapting, hardening, and demonstrating competence.
From the outside, it worked. I advanced, earned well, and held roles that looked impressive. What I didn’t see was the cost. I learned to suppress emotion, absorb pressure, and separate who I was from how I led. For a long time, I believed that was simply the price of authority.
Eventually, that model stopped working. When my life changed, the way I led collapsed with it. The path forward began with negotiation, then deepened through clarity, presence, and emotional steadiness, supported by community with other women navigating the same pressures.
Influence for Outcomes that Matter exists to shorten that journey. To help women leaders build influence that is effective, grounded, and sustainable - without losing themselves to be taken seriously.
